Josh Wallie

Coach Josh Wallie was born and raised on the tough Eastside of Detroit, MI.  Star high school athlete with state honors in football and track.  Coached worked to get on the field at Michigan State University but was ultimately sidelined due to injuries. Since Michigan State coach has been coaching football, baseball, basketball, models, wrestling, and track athletes to peak levels. He has a passion for assisting others reach their goals.  Some of his career highlights include:

Michigan State University undergraduate – 

University of Villanova and GA Tech University advanced studies – Coached 2015  & 2016 Division Champion Baseball Team – Coached 2016 Division Champion Basketball Team – Coached 2017 World Series Champion Pee Wee Baseball Team – Trained / Coached numerous athletes later awarded college scholarships and careers in the NFL.

Energy is what drives the body, and is therefore what drives the mind. When exercising, the mind and body aline in what is called the “energetic connection.” This is an experience of wholeness that when properly channeled, can lead you to have an amazing gym workout. The key to experiencing the mind-body connection at the gym is to mentally prepare for it.
